Where do I find the AI Coach?
Home screen or Goals tab; or when Pattern Insights suggest it

From the Home screen, tap the AI Coach card. From the Goals tab, you can open the AI Coach for a specific goal. You can also open it from a goal when Pattern Insights suggest chatting with the coach about a pattern (e.g. "Chat with Coach Nudge about this pattern").
