What types of notifications does FitNudge send? Can I turn off specific types? Will I miss important updates if I turn some off? What are quiet hours? How do I set quiet hours?

Go to Profile > Notification Settings (or the gear icon). You'll see toggles for each notification category and options for quiet hours and morning motivation.
