The Activity section (in Analytics) is a calendar-style grid where each cell represents a day. The subtitle shows "Last X days" for the selected time range. Colors indicate: blue = completed, green = pending, red = missed, yellow = rest day, gray = off day. It gives a quick visual of your consistency over weeks or months.
