The app won't open or keeps crashing. What should I do? I see a maintenance message. What does that mean? I'm not getting notifications. What should I do? I get some notifications but not others My streak doesn't seem right. How is it calculated?

I used Rest Day but my streak broke

Rest Day should never break a streak. If this happened, it may be a bug. Contact support with the goal name and date, and we'll investigate.
